Thilo Frieling takes over as head of the PROTECH product group at DREWSEN Spezialpapiere
With effect from 01 October 2022, Thilo Frieling will take over the management of the PROTECH product group at DREWSEN Spezialpapiere. He succeeds Burghard Schröder, who will retire on 01 January 2023, after 22 years of service at the Lachendorf paper mill.
Having already completed his training at DREWSEN from 2006 to 2009, Mr Frieling worked for the company as Area Sales Manager until 2017. From 2018 to 2021, he gained further sales experience in the paper industry as Sales Manager. Since the beginning of the year, Mr Frieling has been working closely with Mr Schröder in the area of technical speciality papers to ensure a seamless transition for the customers.
Matthias von der Recke, Human Resources Manager at DREWSEN Spezialpapiere, said on the change in management: "Mr Frieling has been able to prepare well for his new task since the beginning of the year, and has the best prerequisites to continue the successful development of the PROTECH product group in close cooperation with our customers."
